Establishing a company in Romania

Company Formation Requirements:

• Capital Requirements: There is no minimum capital requirement; however, it is recommended to establish the company with a minimum capital of RON 100 (USD 25), with each share having a value of RON 10 (USD 2.5).

• No restrictions on foreign shareholders or directors.

 

(1) Romania Company Formation Service Fees: USD 2,800

 

Services Included:

• Preparation of company formation documents (in Romanian and English)

• Annual service for company registered address (USD 900/year)

• Commercial registry government fees

• Registration of company name with the commercial registry

• Drafting of articles of association and company bylaws

• Visit to the Commercial Registry Office and completion of establishment procedures

• Issuance of the registration certificate

• Bank account opening support costs (based on 5 hours of processing time, provided all required documents are fully prepared. If the 5-hour support time is fully utilized, an additional EUR 150 per hour will be charged. Additionally, the client must visit the bank for a face-to-face meeting.)
