Documents required for company establishment are as follows -
1) Valid passport color scan of shareholders/directors/ultimate beneficial owners
2) Passport copy certification (Certificate of passport copy - obtainable from the nearest district office or city hall)
3) Proof of English-language residential address issued within the last 3 months (for Korean residents, provide a scanned copy of the English-language resident registration certificate or original copy)
4) English-language bank transaction history for the past 3 months
5) English resume or LinkedIn profile
6) Professional recommendation letter (written by a lawyer, accountant, tax accountant, employer, partner, buyer, supplier, etc. with whom you have had a relationship for at least 2 years)
7) Company establishment application form and member registration application form (to be provided later)
