The Legal Requirement for a Registered Office Address
Under the Companies Act 2006, every UK company must have a registered office address in the UK. This is the official address where government bodies like Companies House and HMRC send correspondence.

- The address must be in England & Wales, Scotland, or Northern Ireland, depending on where your company is registered. 
- It must be an “appropriate address” (no PO Boxes permitted).
